About Us
Ken Miller is a CPA and the founder of OutSource Connect, Inc. He has been involved in
developing outsource bookkeeping processes for a number of years. He recognized the
significant need for this service to help alleviate the problem of finding qualified
bookkeepers.
Ken has experience working with churches by providing outsourced bookkeeping for
churches. He has been the Chairman of the Finance Committee of his church for many
years and has been involved in the management of the accounting department. He also
has consulted with his son and daughter-in-law, both ordained ministers, in dealing with
the financial management of their respective churches.
Ken is the owner of Kenneth P. Miller, CPA, a firm that specializes in income tax planning
and preparation. He is also the manager of operations of OutSource Connect, Inc. He is
responsible for supervising the company’s bookkeeping staff and supervisors.
QuickBooks is used for this service and Ken has been a Certified QuickBooks Pro
Advisor for many years. So, he knows how to properly set up churches on that software.
He has worked with a group of CPA’s around the country to develop the online
accounting systems and procedures used in these outsource bookkeeping services.
“We have been working on finding the way to provide qualified bookkeeping help and
make it cost effective. We found the technology that we needed to provide an online
accounting service using remote access and a paperless document management
system”, said Ken. These online methods can be provided to churches located
anywhere. These services are now available using an online bookkeeper provided by
